Returns / Exchanges
We accept exchanges and returns on items that have not been used and are in original condition. For exchanges, we ask that you enclose payment(or pre-paid shipping label) for new item. On returns, we will credit you for the price of the item, less a 15% restocking fee. Please send an email to email@example.com for return authorization.
Domestic orders: We offer shipping within the continental US via UPS ground (any expedited service would need to be arranged by phone call). UPS will ship to street addresses ONLY no PO boxes.
International orders: Outside the US, we ship via USPS (united states postal service). Buyer is responsible for ALL DUTIES.
How long does the process take?Generally it takes 2-3 days to verify payment and process order. If said item is "instock" it maybe processed quicker. If item is not "instock" and needs to be made, you will be notified via email as to the amount of time it may take. Once the order is processed, the actual transit can take up to 7 days (via UPS). If the shipping address is near the west coast transit time maybe as little as 1 to 3 days. Orders shipping outside of the US generally take 10 to 15 days ( depending on country ) and are shipped via USPS. Buyer is responsible for all duties.
